Community Engagement: BNAU Veterinary Students Lead Rabies Awareness Survey in Bila Tserkva

📢 Students of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Bila Tserkva NAU, according to the practice programme on the subject "Zoonoses and the concept of One Health", are conducting a survey of residents of Bila Tserkva on rabies awareness. This is also part of a scientific and educational project of the Department of Epizootology and Infectious Diseases.

🔍 Students interview city residents to find out their knowledge, attitudes and practices regarding rabies vaccination and protection of people from this deadly disease. They are also conducting explanatory work. 

📊 The results of the project will be taken into account by the city state veterinary service to improve the effectiveness of outreach to the city's population and conduct information events.

We would like to remind you that the city continues to provide free rabies vaccinations for dogs and cats, which are carried out by the State Veterinary Service of the city. Bila Tserkva with the participation of BNAU Veterinary Medicine students.
