Vlasenko Svitlana, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Biotechnology of Animal Reproduction

Higher education, 1989, Bila Tserkva Agricultural Institute. In 1989 she worked as a gynecologist in Maidanets of the state farm of Talniv district of Cherkasy region. In 1993 she entered the graduate school of the Department of Obstetrics and Artificial Insemination of Farm Animals BSAU.

In 1997 she defended her dissertation on the topic: "The effect of circulating antibodies to hyaluronidase on the reproductive function of cows". In 2017 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic:"Pathogenetic mechanisms of reproductive dysfunction y high-yielding cows with purulent-necrotic lesions in the fingers".

Member of the Specialized Academic Council D 27.821.02 at Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University, Specialized Academic Council D 35.826.03 of the Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnology named after S.Z. Gzhytsky

Areas of research: development of treatment and prevention methods for intensive reproduction of dairy herds; determination of pathogenetic mechanisms of fertility disorders in cows with polymorbid pathology; ultrasound diagnostics in animal reproduction

In 1998 he defended his dissertation on the topic: “Influence of conditions of prenatal development and diseases of newborn calves on reproductive function of heifers”.

Areas of research: study of conditions of intrauterine development and diseases of newborn calves on the reproductive function of heifers and cows.

In 1999 he defended his dissertation on the topic: ”Correction of the course of labor and the postpartum period in connection with the clinical and physiological condition of cows during dryness”.
